Each computer announces itself
On startup, each computer tells the server who it is and where from. The server stores only that: identity and address.
The server introduces them
When you ask to connect, it notifies both at once and hands each the other's address. Its job ends there.
They talk directly
Video and keyboard go straight between the two computers, encrypted. If the firewall blocks it, they route through our relay — just as encrypted.

What everyone asks
What is quick support, and how is it different from installing?
Quick support is for one-off help: the program opens without installing, shows a 6-digit code, and when it closes nothing is left set up for permanent access. Installing is for computers you want to reach regularly and monitor.
How does the monitoring work?
When you add a computer to your panel you download its agent: a scheduled task that every 30 minutes sends the machine's status (system, processor, memory, disk, antivirus and pending updates). It only sends those readings — it gives no remote access and captures no screen.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The scripts configure the computer on their own. If you'd rather do it by hand, it's three values you copy and paste.
What happens if the connection drops?
The session reconnects by itself as soon as the network is back. The computer stays reachable as long as it's powered on and online.
How is this different from AnyDesk or TeamViewer?
The server is ours, not a multinational's: your connections don't cross a third party's infrastructure, and nobody blocks your account for "suspected commercial use". And on top of remote access you get each computer's health.
