These Terms govern your use of Remopivo, a remote access and monitoring service operated by HPCI Incorporated ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Remopivo on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

1. The service

Remopivo lets you connect to computers you are authorized to access and see their health status. The service is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you choose. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Your account and your team

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account and by the technicians you add to your organization. Tell us promptly at info@hpci.us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Remopivo only to access computers you own or have clear permission to access. You agree not to:

• Access any computer without the authorization of its owner or operator.
• Use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or distribute malware.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or try to reach data that is not yours.
• Resell or sublicense the service unless we agree in writing.

Remote access is powerful. Using it on a computer without permission may be a crime. You are solely responsible for having that permission.

4. Plans, payment and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Plan limits (such as the number of simultaneous connections) apply as described at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already started. We will give notice before any price change that affects you.

5. Third-party software

The remote-access client is based on open-source software distributed under its own license. Your use of that client is also subject to its license terms.

6. Availability

We work to keep Remopivo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect it.

7. Your content and data

You keep all rights to your data. You grant us only the permissions needed to run the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Remopivo at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or puts the service or other users at risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, Remopivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement or be free of faults.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New Jersey.
